Depending on the size of your cake we may have fridge space. Please take note of this during your viewing as you may need to make alternative arrangements.
We can move some of the furniture (tables, chairs) around to open up space. This excludes any cabinetry or shelving.
No. 58 Staff Responsibilities
-Set up of tables, chairs, glasses, beverages, alcoholic beverages -Serving food and drinks -General tidy up during your function -Assisting with cake set up -Final clean up (not including extra decorations, lighting, hired equipment, etc.)
Set up and Tear Down
Our staff are not required to set up or tear down decorations, extra lighting (fairy lights), hire equipment, photo booths, etc.
Your function must conclude at Midnight or you will incur an extra fee of $150. All amplified music must be indoors, non amplified music is welcome outside.
Booking your Wedding or Function
As our venue is in high demand we require a $1000 deposit within three days of your quote. This will be deducted from your balance. Please see our T&Cs for further information on our bond and, payment and refund policy.
No. 58 Cellar Door and Gallery is nestled amongst beautiful gardens and vines Whilst the property may appear to be isolated there are neighbours close by. We ask that you respect our property and our neighbours.
No animals are permitted on the property (Guide Dogs exempt) unless by prior arrangement with management.
All Functions must conclude by midnight.
All music must cease by 11.30pm

Charges and Cancellations
To secure your wedding or function date a deposit of $1000 is required within three business days of your quote being issued. This will be deducted from your remaining balance.
A $500 bond is required with your final payment and will be refunded approximately 7 days after your wedding or function.
Your balance is due 30 days prior to your reserved date including your bond.
Cancelled function bookings will incur an admin fee. 12 months prior less $450, under 9 months prior less $750, 7 months prior less $1000. Transferrable to another date subject to availability and replacement of booking to equal value. Any other refunds at management discretion.
